PARKING
In all downtowns, studies have shown that the peak time uses for office, retail, restaurant and hotel tend to vary. Kent’s downtown will provide a mix of parking options, some short term, some long term, some free, some paid. Some will be restricted at certain times. Parking facilities include the PARTA garage (360 spaces), the development’s central parking area (dedicated to office users during weekdays, open to public evenings and weekends), hundreds of on-street parking spaces and other public lots on the periphery of the development. College Town Kent supports a “Park Once” philosophy- we want you to visit, sit, stay, shop, dine and play all in one trip! Or better yet, walk, ride your bike or utilize PARTA’s regular service throughout the great Kent community!
